Job Description: Sales Executive - FMCG and Personal Care

Key Responsibilities
Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory.
Ensure effective distribution and visibility across General Trade outlets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Drive market execution as per company guidelines (merchandising, promotions, schemes).
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
Ensure timely collection and adherence to company credit policies.
Track and improve product availability and shelf visibility.
Execute new product launches effectively in the territory.
Key Requirements
4-11 years of relevant experience in FMCG and personal care sales.
Strong understanding of distribution management and retail execution.
Good geographical knowledge of the assigned territory.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
