Job Summary

We are seeking an aggressive and motivated Sales Officer to drive the sales of construction materials (such as Cement, TMT Bars, Rods, and Hardware) in Chitwan and surrounding areas. The primary responsibility will be to manage existing dealer relationships, onboard new retailers, and generate demand by liaising with contractors and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned construction materials within the Chitwan territory.
• Identify and onboard new Dealers, Sub-dealers, and Hardware retailers to expand the distribution network.
• Visit construction sites to connect with Contractors, Masons, and Site Supervisors to generate product pull and demand.
• Promote the company's products to Engineering Consultants and Architects to get product specifications in new projects.

Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure regular offtake and timely payments.
• Provide market intelligence regarding competitor activities, pricing changes, and new project launches in the region.

Technical Support & Coordination

• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of materials to dealers and project sites.
• Handle customer complaints regarding quality or delivery and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Management (BBS), or a related field.
• A Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering is a significant advantage as it helps in technical discussions with engineers.

Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Field Sales.
• Experience in Construction Materials, Cement, Hardware, or Steel is mandatory.
