The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and expand the company's reach. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, collaborating with sales teams to identify opportunities, building relationships with clients, and analyzing market trends to inform strategic decisions. The manager will also oversee online and offline brand consistency and support product promotion initiatives to meet business objectives.

• Experience in Sales, Relationship Management, and Client Engagement
• Knowledge of Marketing Strategies, Campaign Planning, and Branding
• Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation skills
• Experience in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning
• Ability to lead teams and manage cross-departmental collaborations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with the interior design or manufacturing industry is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
