Role Description The Growth Product Marketing Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for driving product adoption and revenue growth by developing, executing, and optimizing product marketing strategies across key markets. Day-to-day activities include conducting market and competitor research, defining audience segments, shaping product positioning and messaging, and supporting go-to-market plans for new features and offerings. The role will collaborate closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to create launch materials, sales enablement content, and performance dashboards. The Growth Product Marketing Manager will also track campaign results, gather customer insights, and recommend data-backed improvements to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Research and customer insight generation to understand segments, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Experience developing and executing Go-to-Market Strategy for new products, features, and market expansions.
- Proficiency in Product Marketing and Product Management collaboration to align positioning, roadmaps, and feature launches.
- Ability to support Sales through sales enablement content, value propositions, and growth-focused initiatives.
- Background in B2B SaaS or HR/Workforce management products is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with data analysis, performance metrics, and experimentation to optimize growth funnels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
