Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales & Marketing Manager, located in New Delhi. The role involves managing and driving sales operations, building and maintaining relationships with B2B clients across industries such as Food, Nutraceuticals, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), Cosmetics, and Chemicals. The manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing marketing strategies, coordinating with global manufacturers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Leadership in achieving targeted revenues, market share growth, and efficient team collaboration are key aspects of this role. Qualifications Strong expertise in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Revenue Growth within the B2B sector. Experience in Marketing Strategy Development, Market Analysis, and Brand Positioning. Proficiency in the Food, Nutra, APIs, Cosmetics, or Chemicals industries, with knowledge of unique market demands. Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership skills. Proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities into long-term relationships. Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field. An MBA is preferred. Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi and travel as needed for client meetings.
