Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end sales and marketing function—from pipeline generation and client acquisition to retention and upsell—delivering consistent quarterly revenue growth.
  • Design and execute integrated go-to-market strategies tailored to enterprise and mid-market clients, leveraging data-driven insights and performance metrics.
  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing sales and marketing teams, instilling a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results.
  • Collaborate closely with product and creative teams to position offerings effectively, ensuring messaging aligns with client pain points and market trends.
  • Own P&L for the function, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis across campaigns and client verticals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client pitches, and strategic partnerships—acting as the face of Mindtel’s growth engine.
