Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with US clients via calls, emails, and digital channels
• Generate new business opportunities through lead generation & cold calling
• Understand client requirements and present the right solutions
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
• Maintain proper CRM records and sales reports
• Work with the marketing team to improve campaign performance
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements

✔ 0–3 years experience in Sales / Marketing / Call Center / Lead Generation
✔ Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
✔ Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
✔ Ability to work in US Night Shift
✔ Experience in international process or BPO sales is a plus
