Tasks

• Analyze business and system specifications
• Design test scenarios and test cases based on functional and system requirements
• Execute functional, integration and API tests
• Document test results and ensure traceability
• Identify, document and track defects in collaboration with development teams
• Support regression testing and release validation activities

Necessary knowledge/technologies used

• Relevant testing experience in IT
• Experience with billing systems, financial platforms, or customer management systems
• Hands-on experience in API and integration testing
• Basic SQL knowledge (queries, data validation)
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools (functional, integration, regression testing)
• Confident usage of Jira for defect and test management
