Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Marketing Executive based in Mumbai & Ahmedabad, with a mix of on-site client visits and office work, plus some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities in HVAC, construction, acoustic, and industrial segments, conducting market research, and supporting market planning activities. The Sales Marketing Executive will manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, maintain relationships with customers and channel partners, and promote products from multinational insulation brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating marketing campaigns, tracking sales performance, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely quotations, order processing, and customer support.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills for developing and executing sales and promotion strategies.
  • Candidates should possess Market Research and analytical skills to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  • Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, preferably in HVAC, building materials, or industrial products.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for engaging with clients, presenting solutions, and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel within Mumbai and nearby regions as required, and to work effectively in a hybrid setup.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, CRM tools) and comfort working with reports and sales data.
  • Previous experience in insulation, HVAC, building materials, or industrial product sales is an advantage.
