Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote Monark’s real estate projects, generate quality leads, and convert prospects into customers. The role involves client interaction, site visits, sales closures, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive business growth. 

Roles & Responsibilities

● Generate leads and engage with potential customers through calls, meetings, and site visits

● Promote real estate projects and actively work towards closing sales

● Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and on-site visits

● Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and documentation processes

● Support marketing campaigns, events, and brand-building activities

● Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and sales progress

Eligibility & Skills

● Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry preferred

● Strong communication and negotiation skills

● Proficiency in English; knowledge of Telugu and/or Hindi is an added advantage

● Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings

● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
