We are a growing Thermocol (EPS) manufacturing company based in Noida, specializing in high-quality packaging and industrial Thermocol solutions. We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales & Marketing professional who can expand our business by developing strong corporate relationships and generating consistent sales.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with 5+ years of experience in B2B industrial or manufacturing sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting large corporate clients, converting leads into long-term business partnerships, and supporting basic administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify and approach potential clients, such as:
Manufacturing companies
Electronics companies
Appliance manufacturers
Packaging & logistics companies
Industrial buyers
Conduct in-person meetings with corporate clients and decision makers.
Generate new leads and convert them into confirmed sales.
Develop long-term business relationships with key accounts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Marketing Responsibilities
Develop sales strategies to expand market presence.
Research market trends and competitor activities.
Represent the company in business meetings and industry visits.
Coordinate branding and promotional activities when required.
Client & Account Management
Maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Handle customer queries and after-sales coordination.
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain sales reports and client database.
Coordinate internally with production and dispatch teams.
Assist management with operational and administrative tasks.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably manufacturing / industrial products).
Strong B2B sales experience is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident personality with strong negotiation skills.
Ability to independently meet corporate clients.
Good administrative and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and email communication).
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in the Thermocol / Packaging / EPS / Industrial Products industry preferred.
The existing corporate network will be an advantage.
Target-oriented and self-motivated professional.
Compensation
Attractive Salary (Salary negotiable based on experience)
Salary Range: RS (60,000 to 100000)
