Job Description

Location:: Sargasan - Gandhinagar


Description

Sales & Business Development:

  1. Identify and target potential referral sources, ophthalmologists, clinics, and hospitals.
  2. Promote and educate about Centre for Sight services, including specialty procedures and campaigns.
  3. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.

Relationship Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and referral partners.
  2. Address queries and provide timely support to ensure partner satisfaction.
  3. Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain a strong referral network.

Field Operations:

  1. Conduct regular visits to assigned territory to meet prospects and existing clients.
  2. Collect market intelligence, feedback, and competitor activity for strategic insights.
  3. Participate in marketing events, seminars, and campaigns as required.

Reporting & Documentation:

  1. Maintain records of field visits, client interactions, and sales activities.
  2. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
  3. Ensure accurate documentation of leads, conversions, and follow-ups.

Team Coordination & Compliance:

  1. Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth patient referrals.
  2. Adhere to ethical sales practices and hospital policies at all times.
  3. Support campaigns and promotional initiatives as directed by Sales Manager.
