We are a technology startup specializing in B2B and B2C eCommerce solutions, helping businesses design, build, and scale modern digital commerce platforms. Our core focus is on creating custom eCommerce ecosystems—including B2B portals, B2C storefronts, integrations, and Enterprise workflows—that drive efficiency, scalability, and measurable business growth.

Alongside commerce, we work at the cutting edge of Immersive Learning and Spatial Computing, leveraging AR/VR technologies to enhance digital experiences across education, industrial training, and Enterprise use cases. Using platforms such as iPhone, iPad, and Apple Vision Pro, we build innovative solutions that bring products, processes, and learning environments to life—directly within commerce and Enterprise systems.

We are looking for a self-driven, high-energy individual who can take ownership of growth activities end-to-end—from building market awareness and generating demand to closing deals and developing long-term partnerships—and help position our eCommerce and immersive technology offerings in the market.


Role Overview

This role combines Marketing, Sales, and Business Development responsibilities. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into customers, and identifying new growth opportunities through partnerships and strategic initiatives.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys building things from scratch and working closely with founders.


Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Lead Generation
  • Plan and execute basic digital marketing activities (LinkedIn, email, website, content)
  • Create outreach materials such as pitch decks, brochures, case studies, and proposals
  • Generate inbound and outbound leads through campaigns, cold outreach, and networking
  • Coordinate demos, webinars, and product showcases
  • Track lead sources and campaign performance
Sales & Customer Acquisition
  • Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
  • Conduct product demos and presentations
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and commercial discussions
  • Follow up with prospects and close deals
  • Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines
  • Work closely with the product/tech team to align solutions with customer needs
Business Development & Partnerships
  • Identify new markets, industries, and customer segments
  • Explore partnerships with OEMs, institutes, resellers, and platform providers
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with strategic partners
  • Support enterprise onboarding and key account management
  • Identify new revenue models such as licensing, white-label, or subscription opportunities


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4–6 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Growth
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong exposure to B2B or B2C commerce / eCommerce services
  • Experience in solution selling or IT services sales
  • Comfortable with B2B sales and consultative selling
  • Ability to research industries, customers, and competitors
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
  • Self-starter with an ownership mindset
  • Willingness to experiment, learn, and adapt quickly


Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
  • Experience selling technology, eCommerce, AR/VR, EdTech, or Enterprise solutions
  • Experience in startup or early-stage environments
  • Understanding of enterprise procurement or OEM sales cycles
