• Nepal eBilling – IRD-verified billing and accounting software.
• Medhavhi – A complete school and learning management system.

We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Assistant to support the sales

and onboarding process for these products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining client databases.
• Support the sales team in pitching Nepal eBilling to small and medium businesses.
• Assist in presenting and demonstrating Medhavhi to schools and academic institutions.
• Help coordinate product demos, client calls, and meetings.
• Maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it to the technical/product teams.
• Prepare sales reports and basic documentation as needed.
• Provide on-site or remote support during onboarding and training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of SaaS or tech-based products.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Nepali and English language proficiency.
