We are looking for a proactive and experienced Inside Sales Manager with strong expertise in the BIM (Building Information Modeling) landscape and the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry. This strategic role will drive our growth in the AEC ecosystem through digital engagement and solution selling. As the Inside Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives, manage lead generation, and convert qualified prospects into sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Inside Sales Representatives. Sales Target Management: Set and monitor individual and team sales targets; coach for success. Collaborative Culture: Foster a high-energy, accountable, and collaborative sales environment. Strategic Sales Execution: Design and implement inside sales strategies tailored to the BIM/AEC market. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and pre-sales teams to align messaging and campaigns. Outreach Development: Build engagement plans targeting architects, consultants, EPC firms, and contractors. Pipeline & CRM Management: Oversee prospecting, qualification, nurturing, and closure while ensuring CRM accuracy. Reporting & Analytics: Track pipeline health, lead velocity, and conversion metrics. Industry Insight: Stay updated on BIM adoption, digital construction trends, and client needs (3D coordination, clash detection, digital twins, project collaboration). Requirements Experience: 3?5 years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years managing a team. Industry Background: Prior experience in AEC, BIM, or construction technology sales. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and outreach platforms. Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and consultative selling abilities. Why Join Us?
