Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ballabgarh, Faridabad, responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth for the dealership. Day-to-day tasks include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and guidance to sales representatives. The role involves managing the entire sales process, from lead generation and customer follow-up to negotiation and closing, while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience. The Sales Manager collaborates with senior leadership on sales strategies, pricing, and promotional activities, and prepares regular reports on sales performance and market trends. This position also requires coordinating with service, finance, and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive or retail sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including mentoring, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data, understand market trends, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven on-site environment and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and dealership CRM or sales software; willingness to learn new tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with fluency in English and local languages.
