Job Title: Sales Manager (Strategic Infrastructure & Modular Spaces)

Location: Hyderabad

The Mission

We are looking for a Sales Manager who can evangelize the "Modular Revolution." You won't just be selling square footage; you will be selling speed, precision, and the future of infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Revenue: Identify and close high-value B2B opportunities across sectors like Pharma (Cleanrooms), Healthcare, Startups (Office spaces), and Luxury Residential.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand complex client requirements and pitch our client prefab solutions as a superior alternative to traditional RCC construction.
  • Lead Generation: Build a robust pipeline through cold outreach, networking with architects/project consultants, and leveraging our IIT-Madras pedigree.
  • Stakeholder Management: Navigate long sales cycles involving CXOs, Developers, and Government officials.
  • Market Expansion: Analyze market trends in the Bangalore/South India region to identify new "use-cases" for our modular technology.

Who You Are

  • The Disruptor: You have 4+ years of experience in B2B Sales (preferably in Real Estate, Co-working, Building Materials, or High-ticket Industrial Sales).
  • The Communicator: You can explain complex engineering concepts simply and persuasively.
  • The Networker: You already have (or can quickly build) a network among Architects, PMC (Project Management Consultants), and Real Estate Developers.
  • The Closer: You are driven by targets and have a proven track record of closing deals worth ₹50L to ₹5Cr+.
  • Education: Graduate/MBA. (An Engineering background is a plus but not mandatory if your sales game is strong).
