Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. In this role, the Sales Manager will drive business growth by identifying new leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing tailored sales strategies. They will manage a high-performing sales team, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet revenue goals. Additional responsibilities include creating compelling sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Strategies, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong proficiency in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Lead Generation techniques
- Outstanding Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
- Experience in Digital Marketing or the agency ecosystem is required.
- Proven ability to lead and close projects.
- Analytical mindset with skills in Forecasting, Data Interpretation, and Strategic Planning
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Remuneration: BASE + Commission
