Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will oversee sales strategies, engage with potential clients, and develop strong business relationships. Daily tasks include identifying business opportunities, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue targets. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications
Strong sales expertise, including client relationship management, negotiation, and deal closing.
Experience in business development, strategy planning, and identifying market opportunities.
Knowledge of financial solutions such as fundraising, equity advisory, debt structuring, and real estate financing.
Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and work collaboratively within a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Familiarity with the financial services industry in India is a plus.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
