_Urgent Requirement for India's Leading Real Estate Developer_
Location: Shimla (Working from Gurugram Office - Travel May Be Required to Shimla)
Job Title: Sales Manager (Sourcing / Closing)
CTC Budget: Up to ₹15 LPA (Including 10% Performance Variable Pay) + Unlimited Incentives + Employee Benefits
Shift: Day Shift – 6 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday will be working; Rostered Week Off on a Weekday)
_*Experience:*_
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of sales experience (Any Industry) - B2C Sales Experience is a MUST
• Core sales background only
• No frequent job hoppers
• No unemployed candidates
• Must have at least 2 stable stints of minimum 2 years each
_*JD Summary:*_
The key task of the role is to be part of a dynamic sales team and drive business through various activities across the sales spectrum.
_*Roles and Responsibilities:*_
• Managing extensive client relationship activities and liaising between organization and clients
• Cultivating networks to ensure consistent business leads and repeat business
• Staying updated with real estate market trends and gathering market intelligence
• Achieving targets set by the organization
• Driving sales through various marketing initiatives
• Managing and motivating assigned channel partners to achieve targets
• Ensuring smooth registration, training, certification, and commission disbursal of channel partners
• Increasing revenue from performing partners and motivating non-performing partners
• Developing and maintaining a healthy investor database through channel partners
• Providing regular product and price updates to channel partners
• Tapping potential markets for direct clients across India and abroad
• Defining and implementing strategies for property sales
Handling direct enquiries from advertising and hoardings
• Making effective sales presentations to key decision-makers
• Handling prospective clients, corporate houses, and MNCs
• Negotiating and finalizing sales transactions

• Confident and articulate individual with a pleasant personality
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior
• Highly passionate about sales and target achievement
