Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager in the Real Estate division, based in Noida. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales processes, build and maintain relationships with clients, and develop strategies to meet revenue targets. Additional responsibilities include managing property inquiries, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing market insights to support property investment decisions. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams to achieve business goals and maintain a client-focused sales approach.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in the real estate sector, particularly in the Noida region.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Experience in client relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in real estate market analysis and research capabilities to identify opportunities and trends.
- Understanding of legal and documentation processes involved in real estate transactions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively represent the company and address client inquiries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Availability for weekend work (site visits)
