🔹 Role: Sales Manager / General Manager

🔹 Experience: 4–8 years (Real Estate preferred)

🔹 Compensation: Best in the industry

• Develop a nationwide broker/agent network to expand market reach

• Create and execute winning sales strategies to drive revenue growth

• Manage high-value client relationships and close deals effectively

• Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights

• Coach and mentor team members for consistent performance

• Build channels beyond real estate (especially in banking & financial sectors)

• Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence

✔ Proven experience in sales leadership (real estate preferred)

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
