About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager – GRC Solutions with 6–8 years of experience in enterprise software sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of selling Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Cybersecurity, or Enterprise SaaS solutions to enterprise and mid-market customers.

You will be responsible for driving new business, managing strategic customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets by positioning ProGReC's AI-powered GRC platform as the preferred solution for enterprise organizations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end sales of ProGReC's AI-powered GRC platform to enterprise and mid-market organizations.
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across industries such as BFSI, IT/ITES, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, and Telecom.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, discovery, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, Chief Risk Officers (CROs), Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), Compliance Heads, Internal Audit teams, and IT decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver customized GRC solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting through CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on GRC trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitor solutions to effectively position ProGReC.
  • Represent ProGReC at industry events, conferences, webinars, and customer meetings.

  • Required Skills & Experience
    • 6–8 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Software or SaaS Sales.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience selling GRC, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Compliance, RegTech, or related enterprise solutions.
    • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles and close high-value deals.
    • Strong understanding of Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, and Regulatory frameworks.
    • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
    • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
    • Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA is preferred.


    Preferred Experience
    • Experience selling GRC platforms such as MetricStream, ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, LogicGate, OneTrust, SAI360, or similar solutions.
    • Existing network with enterprise customers, Risk & Compliance leaders, or Information Security teams.
    • Experience working with APAC customers and regulated industries is an added advantage.
