We are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team full-time in Vadodara. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle — from identifying hospital needs to closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships.

• Visit hospitals to understand their claim management challenges and offer suitable solutions.
• Onboard hospitals by collecting required documentation and coordinating with our NBFC partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and resolve operational issues in coordination with internal teams.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and contribute to a high-performance sales environment.
• Engage with hospital staff and patients to ensure smooth onboarding and adherence to claim processes.
• Provide training to hospital personnel on Nucleon Health’s systems and procedures.
• Clearly explain our process and financial terms to hospitals and patients.

• Successfully onboard hospitals into the Nucleon Health network.
• Maintain and grow relationships with hospitals onboarded by you.

• MBBS or MBA, preferably with NBFC experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Prior sales experience in healthcare, insurance, or financial services will be an advantage.
