Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will oversee and grow sales operations by identifying business opportunities and developing strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, achieving sales targets, preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and promoting NRV Sport’s products to businesses and institutions. The role also involves ensuring exceptional customer service in the retail and wholesale domains.


Qualifications

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Strong team management and leadership abilities to train and motivate a sales team
  • Proficiency in market research and business development
  • Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales models, retail strategies, and government tender processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain client relationships
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and create actionable strategies
  • Passion for sports and knowledge of sports gear and apparel trends is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
