About the Rolenischals is looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations across schools, educational institutions, coaching centers, and other academic partners.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, team management, institutional sales, and business development. The role involves driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, mentoring sales teams, and achieving organizational sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities across schools, colleges, coaching centers, and educational institutions.
- Promote nischals learning solutions, educational kits, AR/VR learning products, academic programs, and school solutions.
- Conduct high-level presentations and product demonstrations for principals, school management, and key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and partners.
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance.
- Set sales targets and monitor team productivity.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and performance evaluations.
- Support team members in closing key opportunities and negotiations.
- Identify new markets, territories, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Develop strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Ensure CRM updates and sales reporting discipline across the team.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and academic teams for successful project execution.
✔ 5–10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Institutional Sales, or EdTech Sales.
✔ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
✔ Experience managing sales teams and driving business growth.
✔ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to build relationships with school management, principals, and institutional stakeholders.
✔ Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Willingness to travel for client meetings, business development activities, and educational events.
