Hiring: Sales Manager (Solar EPC)

Company Description

MYTY Solar is expanding! We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts. If you are passionate about renewable energy and have a proven track record in technical sales, we want to hear from you.

The Role

As our Sales Manager, you will be the face of MYTY Solar, driving growth across residential, commercial, and industrial segments. You will turn technical solar solutions into compelling value propositions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential B2B and B2C clients for solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects.
● Technical Consulting: Understand client energy requirements to propose optimized solar solutions (including TOPCon and Mono PERC technologies).
● Deal Closure: Manage the full sales cycle from initial site survey coordination to final contract signing and payment collection.
● Market Expansion: Develop and maintain a strong network of consultants, contractors, and industrial influencers.
● Reporting: Maintain a robust CRM pipeline and provide weekly sales forecasts.

Candidate Requirements

✅ Prior experience in Solar EPC / Solar Product Sales is mandatory
✅ Strong local market network preferred
✅ Experience in rooftop solar, industrial solar or channel sales preferred
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
✅ Ability to travel within Chhattisgarh
