 1. Job Description – Sales Manager (Telecom / VoIP Industry)

Position: Sales Manager – Enterprise VoIP & Telecom Solutions

Experience: 3–8 Years (relevant Telecom / IT / VoIP / B2B Sales)

Location: [Mumbai / Pune / Noida / Gurugram / Chennai/ Coimbatore / Ahmedabad / Mohali – as applicable]

Reporting To: Branch Head

 Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales for VoIP, SIP Trunking, Cloud Telephony, Contact Centre Solutions, and related telecom services. The role involves acquiring new enterprise clients and managing key accounts.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales for VoIP, SIP trunk, DID, cloud telephony, and contact centre solutions
  • Identify and acquire new enterprise and SME customers
  • Conduct product demos and solution presentations
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead → closure → onboarding)
  • Coordinate with technical and support teams for implementation
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
  • Track competitor activity and market trends

 Required Skills

  • Strong B2B sales experience in Telecom / IT / SaaS / VoIP preferred
  • Knowledge of VoIP, SIP, DID, PBX, Cloud Telephony (preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience in enterprise sales and solution selling
  • Ability to close high-value deals

 Qualifications

  • Graduate / MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proven sales track record


 2. Job Description – Sales Executive (Telecom / VoIP Industry)

Position: Sales Executive – VoIP / Cloud Telephony Sales

Experience: 1–4 Years (Telecom / IT / B2B Sales preferred)

Location: : [Mumbai / Pune / Noida / Gurugram / Chennai/ Coimbatore / Ahmedabad / Mohali– as applicable]

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Branch Head

 Role Summary

We are hiring a Sales Executive responsible for generating leads and closing sales for VoIP, SIP Trunking, Cloud Telephony, and related communication services for SMEs and enterprise customers.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, field visits and networking
  • Identify potential SME and enterprise customers
  • Explain VoIP and telecom solutions to clients
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings and demos
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers
  • Maintain CRM and daily sales reports
  • Achieve monthly sales targets

 Required Skills

  • Good communication and convincing ability
  • Basic understanding of telecom / VoIP / IT services preferred
  • Field sales and B2B sales experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and target-driven

 Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline

 3. Job Description – Support Engineer (Fresher)

Position: Technical Support Engineer – VoIP / Telecom Support

Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year)

Location: : [Mumbai / Pune / Noida / Gurugram / Chennai/ Coimbatore / Ahmedabad / Mohali – as applicable]

 / NOC / Office]

Reporting To: Technical Head / NOC Manager / Branch Head


 Role Summary

We are hiring a fresher Support Engineer to assist in technical troubleshooting, VoIP service support, SIP configuration, and customer issue resolution under guidance of senior engineers.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for VoIP / SIP / Cloud Telephony services
  • Assist in troubleshooting call quality issues (ASR, jitter, latency, drop calls)
  • Monitor network performance and report anomalies
  • Support customer onboarding and configuration setup
  • Work with senior engineers for escalated issues
  • Maintain logs of technical issues and resolutions
  • Basic configuration of SIP trunks, IP PBX, softswitch support

 Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing)
  • Interest in VoIP / telecom systems
  • Troubleshooting mindset
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn 24x7 support environment

 Qualifications

  • B.Tech / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or related field
