Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad , Surat, Vadodara amd other locations, for a Sales executive/ Sr. executive/ Manager. The Sales rep. will oversee sales operations to achieve revenue goals, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, leading the sales team, preparing reports, analyzing sales data, collaborating with marketing to align sales goals, and fostering customer satisfaction to drive retention and growth.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management
- Knowledge of Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Sales Performance Analysis
- Experience in Team Leadership, Coaching, and Team Management
- Skills in Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities
- Familiarity with the gardening or home décor industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
