Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will oversee and lead sales activities, including managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue objectives. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, training and mentoring the sales team, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Collaboration with the marketing team to align sales strategies with organizational goals is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Ability to develop and execute effective Sales Strategies and meet Revenue Goals
- Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Team Mentorship skills
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in real estate or a related industry is highly preferred
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software is an advantage
