Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune District for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales operations, and work to meet and exceed sales targets. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with broader company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • 3-5 years of Experience of light fixtures, lighting control system or building materials to Architect, Interior Designer, Developers, Contractors
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Leadership and team management ability to guide and motivate sales teams.
  • Analytical skills for assessing sales data and preparing detailed reports.
  • Understanding of the lighting and automation industry is must
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales management or a similar role
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is ideal.
