Our client, an international logistics organization, is recruiting for a Sales Manager (Last-mile Logistics) to join their business in Hungary.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business development and expanding the client's customer base within the Hungarian market.


Responsibilities:


1. Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Hungarian e-commerce and logistics market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce companies, logistics providers, fulfillment centers, and cross-border platforms.
  • Develop a pipeline of potential customers and drive new customer acquisition.


2. Customer Management

  • Manage key client relationships and ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Understand customer logistics needs and provide tailored last-mile delivery solutions.
  • Support onboarding of new customers and coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.


3. Market Expansion

  • Leverage existing industry relationships and personal networks to expand client’s presence in the Hungarian market.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of local commercial strategies.


4. Commercial Negotiation

  • Lead pricing discussions and commercial negotiations with customers.
  • Support the preparation of proposals and commercial agreements.


Requirements:


  • 10+ years of sales or business development experience in parcel delivery, last-mile logistics, or courier services.
  • Currently working (or previously worked) at a major logistics or parcel delivery company in Hungary
  • Strong understanding of the Hungarian e-commerce and logistics market.
  • An existing network of potential clients within e-commerce, logistics, or fulfillment sectors is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in acquiring new customers and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English.
