Job Description

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role, with at least 3–4 years in a team-handling or leadership position
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to guide and motivate sales teams
  • Proven ability to understand products or platforms and train team members to effectively communicate value propositions to clients
  • Experience managing sales teams, setting targets, tracking performance, and driving team productivity
  • Hands-on experience in handling leads, overseeing customer follow-ups, and managing sales pipelines using CRM or internal systems
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to close high-value deals and support team closures
  • Experience in SaaS, product-based, or B2B sales environments is an added advantage
  • Solid understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, pricing, and basic financial concepts
  • Target-driven, self-motivated leader with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving skills to improve individual and team performance
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new products, markets, and sales strategies while guiding the team through change
