Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in Kottayam. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, manage and mentor the sales team, set and achieve sales targets, and build strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to optimize sales and business performance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and customer service
• Proficiency in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Goal Setting
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate team members
• Prior experience in the jewelry or retail industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
