Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard potential franchise partners through outbound and inbound sales efforts.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads for franchise expansion.
• Conduct detailed discovery calls and presentations to explain the business model and value proposition.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure.
• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure successful onboarding of franchise partners.
• Maintain relationships with existing partners to drive retention and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and activation.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
