Job Description

Nandighosh Trading Agency is seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales Manager to lead business development for HVAC, refrigeration, and engineering solutions. The role focuses on generating leads, managing key clients, handling tenders, and driving revenue growth across B2B, institutional, and government segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for HVAC, VRF, chiller, and cold-room projects
  • Develop and manage client relationships and key accounts
  • Prepare BOQs, techno-commercial proposals, and tender documents
  • Coordinate with OEMs, consultants, and execution teams
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market presence

Experience: 0–1 years (HVAC / project sales preferred)

Location: Bhubaneswar/Odisha

Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and project sales expertise
