The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales confidence, and the ability to understand client financial needs and recommend suitable insurance and investment solutions.

• Generate new business for life insurance products
• Meet clients and understand their financial goals
• Provide financial planning and wealth protection solutions
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and portfolio reviews
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing
• Generate leads through references, networking, and personal contacts
  

• Experience in Life Insurance / Financial Services / Banking / Mutual Funds preferred
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Ability to build trust with clients
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of investments and financial planning
• Graduate preferred
