Job Description

We are a fast-growing Event Management Company specializing in corporate events, conferences, brand launches, exhibitions, employee engagement programs, and large-scale experiential events. We work with premium brands and deliver high-impact event experiences.

We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven Sales Manager – Corporate Events who can generate corporate leads, close high-value deals, and build long-term client relationships. The candidate should have strong industry connections and proven experience in B2B event sales.

Business Development

  • Identify and generate new corporate leads (MNCs, IT companies, startups, agencies, institutions).
  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prospect via networking, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, references, and industry events.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Conduct client meetings and understand event requirements.
  • Present company profile, event concepts, and proposals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
  • Ensure repeat business and referrals.

Revenue & Target Management

  • Achieve monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets.
  • Negotiate pricing and close contracts.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecasting reports.

Coordination & Execution Support

  • Work closely with event planning and production teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Assist in budgeting and proposal creation.
  • Ensure client satisfaction from pitch to execution.

Market Intelligence

  • Track industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify new opportunities in corporate event segments (MICE, employee engagement, conferences, exhibitions).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly revenue targets
  • Number of new corporate clients acquired
  • Repeat client percentage
  • Conversion ratio (leads to closures)
  • Client satisfaction score

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field
  • 3–8 years experience in corporate event sales / B2B sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets
  • Good network in corporate sector (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
