Take Automind & VoiceAI into BFSI, Real Estate, and Logistics and Automotive
About the Role
We are hiring a high-energy AI Solutions - Sales Manager to take our Automind intelligence platform and VoiceAI agent product into automotive and non-automotive verticals — BFSI, Real Estate, and Logistics. The ideal candidate has already sold AI or conversational AI products (voice bots, chatbots, NLP tools, or AI SaaS platforms) and understands how to position ROI-driven AI solutions to enterprise buyers. This is a new logo-acquisition role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own new logo acquisition in BFSI, Real Estate, and Logistics verticals — this is a pure new business role
- Maket expansion for revneue growth
- Sell Automind (OEM intelligence / data platform) and VoiceAI agent products to enterprise accounts
- Run consultative, ROI-led sales conversations with CXO, VP-Sales, VP-Tech, and digital transformation leads
- Build and manage a robust pipeline; drive deals from prospecting through to signed contract
- Partner with product and delivery teams to design proof-of-concept proposals and pilot structures
- Represent CarDekho Tech Solutions at industry events, webinars, and partner ecosystems in target verticals
- Feed market intelligence back to the product team to influence AI product roadmap
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- 5 to 8 years of B2B sales experience with at least 2 years selling AI, conversational AI, or enterprise SaaS products
- Demonstrable experience selling voice bots, chatbots, NLP/AI platforms, or similar AI-driven solutions to enterprise clients
- Proven new logo hunting ability — comfortable building pipeline from scratch in a new market
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals
- Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into clear, measurable business outcomes for non-tech buyers
Good to Have
- Experience selling into BFSI, Real Estate, or Logistics sectors
- Familiarity with CRM/lead lifecycle platforms and how AI augments sales or customer service workflows
- Prior experience at an AI-first company, conversational AI platform, or enterprise SaaS startup
- Network of relationships with digital transformation or CX leaders in target verticals
