About K&M

Kanz & Muhul (K&M) is a premium spice and agro-commodities brand focused on bringing the cleanest and purest products from India to the world. We work directly with partner farmers and supply high-quality saffron, freshly ground spices, specialty ingredients across India and international markets.


We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial sales professional who can help scale our B2B business across hospitality, retail, exports, and institutional partnerships.


Role Overview

The role involves building and growing strategic B2B relationships for K&M across India and international markets. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, relationship-oriented, commercially sharp, and passionate about building a premium Indian ingredients brand globally.


Key Responsibilities

Drive B2B sales growth for K&M across India and export markets

Develop relationships with hotel chains, restaurants, cloud kitchens, distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers

Unlock new business opportunities in hospitality, gourmet retail, corporate gifting, and international trade

Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships

Lead client meetings, sampling, negotiations, and onboarding

Represent the brand at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events

Coordinate closely with operations and leadership teams for smooth execution

Help position K&M as a trusted premium spices and ingredients partner globally

Identify new market trends, customer requirements, and category expansion opportunities


Ideal Candidate

5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, exports, FMCG, hospitality supply, food ingredients, or agro-commodities

Strong network within hotels, restaurants, food service, distributors, or export buyers is preferred

Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership-driven thinking

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Comfortable with travel for business development and client acquisition

Self-starter who can independently drive growth and partnerships

Passion for premium food brands, spices, and Indian ingredients is a plus
