Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth and foster customer relationships in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and providing tailored solutions for chromatography technologies. Additional responsibilities include preparing presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets while coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Technical knowledge of chromatography, GC/HPLC systems, and consumables
  • Customer relationship management and account management experience
  • Proficient in communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and implement strategic initiatives
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or scientific equipment industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Willingness to work on-site in HYDERABAD TELANGANA / DELHI NCR and travel as required to engage with clients
