πΉ Open Positions
1. Regional Sales Manager β Channel Sales (East UP)
π Location: Allahabad / Varanasi
π Coverage: Allahabad, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Azamgarh, Ayodhya, Amethi, Barabanki, etc.
Experience Required:
- 3+ years in Solar Module Sales (preferred)
- OR 5+ years in Solar Sector (Inverter, EPC, Cells, etc.)
2. Regional Sales Manager β Channel Sales (West UP)
π Location: Meerut / Agra
π Coverage: Saharanpur, Meerut, Moradabad, Ghaziabad, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Muzaffarnagar, Bareilly, Agra, Firozabad, Aligarh, Hathras, Kasganj, etc.
Experience Required:
- 3+ years in Solar Module Sales (preferred)
- OR 5+ years in Solar Sector (Inverter, EPC, Cells, etc.)
3. Assistant General Manager β Corporate Sales
π Location: Delhi NCR
π Coverage: North India (Delhi NCR, UP, Haryana, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh)
Experience Required:
- 4+ years in Solar Module Sales (preferred)
- OR 6+ years in Solar Sector (Inverter, EPC, Cells, etc.)
- Must have prior experience in handling direct corporate/B2B clients
4. Area Sales Manager β Channel Sales
π Location: Lucknow
Experience Required:
- 3+ years in Solar Module Sales (preferred)
- OR 5+ years in Solar Sector (Inverter, EPC, Cells, etc.)
5. Regional Sales Manager β Channel Sales (Uttarakhand)
π Location: Haridwar / Chamoli
Experience Required:
- 2+ years in Solar Module Sales (preferred)
- OR 3+ years in Solar Sector (Inverter, EPC, Cells, etc.)
πΉ Key Responsibilities (Applicable Across Roles)
- Develop and expand channel sales network (dealers/distributors)
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets in assigned territory
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and corporate clients
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
- Ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction
πΉ What Weβre Looking For
- Strong understanding of solar products (modules preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories
