Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth within the dynamic nutraceutical and herbal extracts sector. This B2B role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities by leveraging our heritage in botanical extraction and our commitment to quality. The ideal candidate will be a technical seller capable of translating client needs into ingredient solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to analyze and interpret market trends
- Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively
- Proven experience and expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research
- A customer-oriented mindset with outstanding Customer Service skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proactive approach, ability to work independently, and results-driven mindset
