The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site position located at our office in Okhla. The role involves driving sales growth, developing and maintaining client relationships, and managing the performance and productivity of the sales team. Responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the Sales Manager will mentor team members, collaborate with internal departments, and prepare performance reports to share with leadership.
- Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management abilities
- Proficient in analyzing market trends and preparing performance reports
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work on-site in Okhla and meet targets effectively under deadlines
- Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or Ayurvedic industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
