Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Kochi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and nurturing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include market research, identifying business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with organizational objectives. The role also involves leading and mentoring a sales team to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

- Proven experience in sales strategy development, market analysis, and business opportunity identification
- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and communication
- Team leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity or IT services and a technology-oriented sales approach
- Capability to meet revenue targets and manage sales pipelines effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and applications, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work on-site in Kochi and collaborate with diverse teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications in sales or marketing are a plus
