Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Palghat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing strong relationships with clients. The role also involves analyzing market trends, forecasting sales, and working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and sales forecasting
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills for networking and client interaction
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the agriculture or sustainability sector is preferred
