About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth for ShipKia Aggregator, a logistics and shipping platform that connects businesses with multiple courier partners. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and increasing shipment volumes through the platform.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new clients including e-commerce sellers, SMEs, D2C brands, and businesses for the ShipKia platform.
  • Promote ShipKia’s multi-courier shipping solutions and logistics services to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients and accounts.
  • Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and account support.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for shipment volume and revenue.
  • Analyze client shipping requirements and provide cost-effective logistics solutions.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Monitor client performance, shipment growth, and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling logistics services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools.


Required Skills

  • Strong B2B sales and key account management skills
  • Knowledge of logistics, courier aggregation, shipping platforms, or e-commerce logistics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to understand shipping cost structures and courier services
  • Experience working with e-commerce sellers, marketplaces, or logistics aggregators
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
  • Candidates with B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA may also apply


Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with logistics aggregators, courier companies, 3PL, or e-commerce logistics platforms
  • Proven experience in client acquisition and key account management
