Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. 

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive business growth through client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue expansion.
  2. Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies tailored to the construction industry.
  3. Lead market research, analyze industry trends, and identify untapped growth opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, design, and technology) to align growth strategies.
  5. Establish and monitor key performance metrics to ensure scalability and profitability.


Qualifications:

  • MBA (preferred from a top-tier institute) with a specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Strategy.
  • Proven experience in driving growth, preferably in construction, real estate, or a related sector.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Motivation to work in a highly ambitious, demanding, and performance-driven environment where targets are steep, but achievements are deeply rewarding.
