This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will drive business growth through strategic planning, identifying and targeting potential markets, building lasting client relationships, and managing the sales team. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery of products. The role also involves preparing sales reports, conducting negotiations, and identifying opportunities for market expansion.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Sales Planning.
- Effective Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills.
- Experience in Market Research, Market Analysis, and Trend Analysis.
- Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams to meet or exceed targets.
- Familiarity with the manufacturing or industrial sector, particularly metals or recycling, is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, and willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
