Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Deputy Sales Manager to join our on-site team in Bengaluru in a full-time role. The Deputy Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales strategies, manage client relationships, and support business growth initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing sales forecasts, collaborating with marketing teams, and conducting client presentations. The individual will work closely with stakeholders to achieve sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Account Management, and Customer Relationship Management
- Experience in analyzing market trends, preparing forecasts, and developing sales strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Leadership abilities to motivate and guide sales teams to meet targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in the real estate sector is advantageous
JOB Description: RESPONSIBILITIES :
> Fixing up site visits for clients and briefing them about the whole project.
>Convincing them on the property investment and its benefits.
>Generating referrals from existing Sobha customers and promoting Sobha Privilege scheme.
>Complete satisfaction of the customer from site visit to handover of the project.
>Suggesting the best property to the clients based on their requirements and budget.
>Meticulous follow up with the clients and pursuing them for investing in Sobha.
>Participating in property exhibitions and generating database of prospective home buyers.
>Working for accomplishing self and team target.
>Executing agreements within stipulated time frame.
>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
>Actively prospect and generate leads, engaging in effective communication to pitch and sell products or services.
>Achieve and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective negotiation and closing techniques.
>Collaborate with the team to strategize and implement sales plans, providing regular updates and feedback on market trends
